↳ Presets, Scenes, Snapshots, Snippets, etc. After linking them, they hard-panned left and right and all is good. I did the factory reset and the aux channels were not linked and both channels were panned center. At the most you should only pan the playback a little bit or the people on one side won't hear the musical content that is only coming from the other side. Lots of people lost 2 track USB recordings when they did not stop the recorder before powering down. Divide and conquer.Īlso keep in mind that if you are covering an audience with speakers left and right, how many people in the room (assuming it is indoors) are sitting where they are going to hear the stereo image. True, the original x32 did not have a power down function. And play with the Pan with only one side (left or right) plugged in. Also you could try only connecting one side of the phone adapter to the X32 and see if the playback just goes to one of the speakers. If you are getting output where you want is it just a panning issue with the Aux 5/6 inputs? if it does reset Aux 5/6 before you try to do anything else look to see if they are already linked since that is the default. I am not sure but a had reset or re-initialize might not reset everything, It may still leave the panning the way it was. If that still isn’t working, I’ll be back with a copy of the scene and perhaps someone could just see if something obvious isn’t set correctly. If I’m understanding this correctly, that alone should hard pan 5 & 6.
#Behinger x32 output factory settings Bluetooth#
I’m going to connect my phone or Bluetooth adapter via Aux to 5 & 6 and link those 2. The default factory setup should allow connection of the mains to 15 & 16. At that time I plan to re-initialize the X32 and start from scratch. I won’t get face time with the board until later today or tomorrow. As linked channels they don’t appear to hard pan L & R as they are suppose to. Got it, and yes unlinked it puts the channels equally L/R. If it is a Mono channel it will put it equally to both the left and right. When you say that " I did link them and change to “stereo” but the behavior was the same." I think you are misunderstanding what the stereo bus button does, it assigns the selected channel to the Stereo master.
